The present conditions aim at defining the modalities of remote sale between DINO e LUCIA and the User, the order in the payment and in the delivery. They settle all the stages necessary for the signing of the order and insure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties. The order involves the irrevocable support to the general conditions of sale. The general conditions which can be the object of modifications, the applicable conditions are the ones current on the www.boutique-dinoelucia.com in the date of signing of the order by the User.

Products proposed in the sale by DINO e LUCIA are the ones appearing on the www.boutique-dinoelucia.com website, in the day of the consultation of the site by the User. Products are proposed in the sale till stocks last. Products proposed in the sale are described with the biggest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions came to occur in this presentation, DINO e LUCIA's responsibility could not be engaged. Photos and texts illustrating products have only an indicative value and have no contractual value.

The prices are presented in euro TTC including the VAT and except expenses of delivery which stay chargeable to the User except particular conditions. The expenses of delivery are indicated during the passage of the order, according to the modalities of the article 7. The indicated prices take into account the applicable VAT in the day of the order. If the rate came to be modified, these changes could be echoed on the price of articles without that the user is beforehand informed about it. The payment is made on-line by bank card. The delivery slip will be inserted into the parcel containing the ordered product. The User having made an order will have the possibility of printing his invoice by connecting on the website, in the space followed by order planned for that purpose. The amount is sold out by the account of the User only according to the delivered products.

- Delivery by La Poste carrier (Colissimo Expert) see table below (up to 31 December 2010), 5 to 9 working days average delivery times. Participation in shipping depends on the weight of the order, the chosen carrier and the country of delivery. The amount appears in your bag before the validation of the order. For all shipments outside France and European Community, duties, taxes and customs fees, are due by the adressee, and will be claimed in back-refund, delivery, by the carrier, who has performed customs clearance. These duties, taxes and customs fees cannot be subject to a refund on the part of DINO e LUCIA, even if you return the item.

Conditions and delivery:

Except in cases of absolute necessity the delivery times will be in the limit of stocks available, those listed above (5 to 9 working days). DINO e LUCIA liability will not be engaged in case of delay of delivery, and for any cause whatsoever. Therefore, no application for compensation of any kind that it either, can be requested by the user to DINO e LUCIA. DINO e LUCIA reserves the right to choose the carrier. Transport risks are borne by the user after the output product warehouse. 

 

returns and exchange

Necessary conditions for a return:

From the date of receipt of his order, the user has a law of retraction within 7 (seven) days. After this delay, the clothes delivered shall be deemed conforming and accepted by the user and DINO e LUCIA reserves the law to refuse the exchange or refund. The returned clothe must not have been worn, washed or damaged. It will be returned with its label, in its packing of origin, and for a return by post, with the return document, available after posting customer service, under the heading "My account ", "my merchandise returns." Modality of returns:

Exchange

The ordered clothes can be exchanged:

a- by post (using the same procedure as for returns clothes)

For countries outside the European Union, please remember to indicate to the customs that this is a “return for non conformity”.

b- in our store DINO e LUCIA Paris located 10 rue du Vieux Colombier- Paris75006.

Opening: Tuesday to Friday from 11 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. Both clothes should be accompanied by label back available in the "My account", "My merchandise returns."

Store will exchange the clothes at the price indicated on the purchase invoice (any discounts included). In store, the exchange must be against an equal or higher value item. If the clothe you chose is more expensive, you will be charged of the difference by any means of payment accepted in the DINO e LUCIA shop. Refund cannot be done in DINO e LUCIA shop. No part may be set aside for exchange.

Refund

Upon receipt and control parts, the refund for any clothe returned is done by credit card used for the initial purchase.

Return costs are borne by the user. Return shipping will be refunded to the user only if the return of products is due to an absolutely attributable to DINO e LUCIA ground (non-conformity or defective product to the datasheet, error in the preparation of the order,...).
